A Complete Private-Chef Dining Program
Chef Brian West Ranch Services provide a complete private-chef dining program for hunting ranches, corporate retreats, family gatherings, and multi-day ranch stays throughout South Texas.
We handle the culinary program from beginning to end, including custom menu planning, purchasing, advance preparation at our West Point kitchen, transportation, on-site cooking, meal service, and kitchen cleanup. Menus are built around a relaxed Texas ranch style, with scratch-made breakfasts, hearty lunches, pre-hunt snacks, elevated ranch dinners, and a signature steak night.
The goal is simple: the guests enjoy the ranch while we take care of the kitchen.
Menus can be customized for the length of the stay, number of guests, dietary needs, and the style of the group. Our established Ranch Menu includes smoked meats, Texas comfort food, scratch-made breads and desserts, fresh salads, classic steakhouse dishes, and Chef Brian West signature sauces and accompaniments.
