THE DIRECTORS CLUB

For the past 4 years, I have been the proprietor of The Directors Club, a Pop-up Restaurant on the top floor of the Freeman Coliseum. This is a private Club for the directors of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and their guests. It is designed to be a True Texas Steak House with amazing cocktails and wines. Chef Brian West and Mary Esther West and their team open The Directors Club on the 1st day of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and close it on the last day, an 18 day stretch.
