
A Spring Night to Share
Join Chef Brian West for an evening inspired by the markets and plazas of Spain. The night begins with tapas shared across the table, encouraging connection and movement. Guests will then enjoy a plated spring course before the signature Paella Gitana is prepared fresh and served from the pan.
Fresh sangria and seasonal cocktails will accompany the meal, finishing with a traditional Spanish dessert duo.
This is spring cooking at its most celebratory — bright flavors, bold ingredients, and a menu built for gathering.
